This is my first example, it's a bit beat up but the placement of the doubling disproves PMD metal movement as well as the larger serrifs.

It doesn't look like it to me. No notching, no separation lines.

I'm kinda on the fence on this one and here's why, the indents in the six look like the devise has been flattened. Close up pics of IGWT would help out a lot.

I'm not seeing DDO-001 here, but 1996 is a tough date. Die 1 is almost nonexistent and die 2 is almost as rare, while there are a lot of coins with that central depression in the numbers that make you do a double take every time you see them. But it is good to remember that this is a class 5 DDO and there are notches in the lower left of WE and TR to be looked for, not like a class 6 where it's mostly all just about thickness.

Here is die 2 for comparison, which helps to show how hard these are to see even in early die state.
