Hello! Just found this 1995 penny and it looks like it has a doubled eye. It could be PSD or a die chip, but I thought I would ask anyway. It is not incuse if you can't tell from the pictures. I also think it could just be a highlight, but I wanted to be sure. Thank you for your time! Happy hunting!

Could be a Die Gouge, on the eye, but I can't tell for sure.
