1995-D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Eye? Please Help!!

It could be PSD or a die chip, but I thought I would ask anyway. It is not incuse if you can't tell from the pictures. I also think it could just be a highlight, but I wanted to be sure.
