I think this coin has the same thickness that Wexler's DDO-036 does. I posted a comparison of one of my regulars and what I think is the DDO. I also posted Wexler's for comparison. Please give me your opinion.

I'm not sure if it is or not, but check the die markers for that one.

Could be a worn die, but I think it could possibly be a DDR. Don't take my word for it.
