This is the nicest TOMBAC that I have ever run across and I'm hoping it's a specimen strike. Please submit your opinions of its grade.

Hard to tell from the dark photos. Can you post some with better lighting?

I think is a business strike and maybe it has been polished giving it the effect of looking specimen maybe?

Looks cleaned/polished to me.

Pictures in better lighting would be preferable.
