1st seems correct (assuming the mintmark is legible). You might want to add the mint mark and city to your images, it is considered a proper part of the attribution and you have some space to the top left that it could go in.

2nd one has a longer obverse legend, so it rules Constans out. You should be able to tell Constanine II from Constantius II with what is visible - one will have CONSTANTINVS and the other CONSTANTIVS.

I believe it's an "E" rather than a gamma: SMTSE (either way, Thessalonica)
