1940 S (Lwc) DDO-002 Stage C The Reverse Is DDR-005!

I found this 1940 S IDO-002 in a bank bag and I have done pretty good on the two bags I have went through, one more bank bag to go! The start of the die break through the E in LIBERTY was my marker.
