I bought a roll of 1963 cents, came in a tube, many had spots and
prints, no hanging 3's. This one was the pick of the litter. I took
a bunch of pics at different angles to show the coin surfaces.

Last pic brings out a few ticks on the cheek and in right field. 65RD, perhaps 66RD?

Looks like a PL strike... difficult to tell without the coin in hand. The majority of 1963 business strikes have a die clash, or two, on them (in fact, it can be hard to find a nice 1963 without a clash).

I bought two rolls, not together, of 1963 uncirculated cents. The
paper roll had 16 hanging 3 clash marks. The original posted coin
came from the plastic tube of which none were hanging 3s, I checked
each one with my loupe. I wonder if I have a PL roll, most have
spots or prints. Plastic tube original coin, Paper roll Hanging 3's.

MS-65RD from these photos. Might be better but photos are too small and not clear enough.
