Does anyone have any suggestions about selling coin collections to/through major auction houses in Europe?

Should you place reserves on many lots?

Should you just skip their auction, and ask them to buy all.

Any other thoughts?

I've only been a buyer. If you attend the annual New York International Numismatic Convention in January you could meet several representatives of European Auction houses in person.
