The line between IN has no ridge on each side of the "ditch"

It is too long of a cut to be a wire issue. It runs across the whole coin. I've seen wire wrap around an edge leaving a line there also. But most I've seen never run across the whole coin.

The 2015 LSC has a a Rim to Rim Die Crack. You can tell that it's a Die Crack, because it's raised above the surfaces.
