Need Help Categorizing This Error (Jefferson Nickel)

Titles are Important! * Good day all, I was looking through a 2000 proof set and noticed some discoloration on the Monticello opening on the Jefferson nickel, and on the front slight discoloration on the jawline please see photos I would appreciate help in the term for this error, and any opinions on what value might be. thank you in advance.
