Was wondering what grade you all might have given this. Also, can a toned coin be graded RD?

Almost by definition, toned = not RD. Nice looking example for sure - 64/65RB?

The above pictures seemed very dark to me. Therefore, I am uploading pictures I feel are more reflective of the coin. Let me know if this changes your opinion on the coins grade. Might it get RD from the new pics?

MS-66, either RD or RB depending on the amount of toning.
