There is a second line around the front bottom of the profile, is that a doubled die or something else and the last column on the reverse maybe?

Hello. From what I'm seeing I think you have MD on the obverse and on the reverse that is part of the design. It's just worn away in some other coins. IMHO though so don't take my word for it. Happy hunting!
