1989 LMC With What Appears To Be A 1988 Reverse..?!!?

Sorry, image converter wouldn't let me rotate images for some reason, never had problems before.. Am I really seeing a 1989 with a 1988 Reverse?

Please orientate your pics correctly. The reverse is correct,it is the RDV-006. It's just that the Die has been polished so much it has taken some of detail out of the design. Also, keep in mind, there has never been a 1989 cent found with the RDV-005 reverse.
