I have a 1989 D dime missing some front and would really like some of yalls opinions about this dime as to what it might be worth .I'm very new to this so please bare with me on doing this.

Better pictures would help but from what I can see, someone has
intentionally removed the rim. As it happened after the striking of
the coin, it is damage, not an error. Value 10 cents.

Definitely Post Strike Damage. With the current pictures, it's just a damaged Dime. It's worth face value unfortunately.
