1983 Lincoln Cent Weird Shine? So Confused, Need Help

So basically I found this 1983 cent and I have no idea whats up with it. Like, it has this weird shine to it. I have never seen anything like it, not on shield centss, newer cents, or any copper cents. Imagine the shine on a proof coin, now change the black shine to a darkish brown/orange. The videos may not show it completely but its really shiny in some sort of way. I 100% doubt its a proof or anything of the sort I am just slightly confused. Possibly cleaned?

Oh that's nice to hear...may I ask what the grade is on it? I know it has the smudges and whatnot but I am curious what the grade is with those smudges AND WITHOUT.

AU-62, leaning toward AU. While the coin is lustrous, I see a lot of field distractions.

Yours is pretty nice because I don't see a lot of plating bubbles, which are very common for the issue. Even the highest grades PCGS examples have bubbles.

Thank you a lot, but how can it be AU-62? Wouldn't that be MS-62? I am clueless sorry, also is it a keeper?
