Here's one of the better attempts. My light source is very directional, so it's hard to tell where the true edges are.

Well, I tried. I don't have a light ring for my camera, so close-ups end up being badly lit with my LED lamp. Almost makes it look like a different coin.

Maybe it's just me, but the surfaces look like they've been overdipped or cleaned

The coloring here is off, of course, but the pic confirms that the date is normal without the apparent doubling shown in the earlier images.

The OP's first pics where of the coin inside the 2x2 flip. The cellophane and light reflection made the date look doubled.

krhudson1- When possible, always take your pics of the coins outside the flips or cases. What's that white speckled stuff on the coin?
