I've circled the 2 date areas and you need to check dots/no dots in circled areas on the Ob and Rev...Good luck

Using the very helpful Tibetan date reading site referenced above (and the essential advice by Palouche on where to look for the numbers on these confusing coins!) for the first coin I get cycle 15 (lower right), year 59 (upper left), which gives an AD date of (15-1)*60+59+1026 = 1925. Similarly the second coin looks like cycle 15, year 54, or 1920. I can't be 100% sure of reading these numbers correctly - please feel free to correct if in error.

As for KM numbers, the first coin looks like a copper Sho Y#21.2 and the second coin looks like a copper Sho Y#21.1.
