I don't know either way by looking at the pics. I do know that if the mintmark were punched so far off, die polishing would be employed to remove the errant imprint. It is not inconceivable that some remnant of the original punch would be visible. Because of the polishing, it would appear smaller than the replacement mintmark, and that is what I see.
