Your closeup pics make it hard to give a determination as they are blurry and it appears the cent is discolored.

Because of the spots and the finger print it is a spender IMHO. It is hard to tell about the dbl knees because of the spots.

I think what you're seeing is circulation damage. The cent is discolored somewhat and with the Post strike damage it may appear that the knees are something they are not. I agree with John1, it is a spender.
