I am very new to this so could this be a number or something else? The alignment is similar to the date that is what makes me think it's a 1if it is is it worth getting graded? 1992-Cent-With-A-1?-On-Obverse-In-Front-Of-Lincoln's-Nose.

to CCF. Not a 1,it is trapped gas between the copper plate and the zinc core.

Hard to tell from the photo but it could be a linear plating bubble.

Thank you for replying I am trying to upload another photo, it does measure the same as the number one in the date but could be a coincidence.

It's a 92 - check for a Close AM on reverse (not likely but why not?)
