Probably never a good sign when a seller posts blurry pics - and, in this case, just a single pic.

They're not a seller of coins and don't think they care much that is blurry. Maybe I'll go ahead and buy and see whose right. It's only 4 bucks.

My immediate thought is Licinius and I'd say the bust type is worth $4.
