Identication Help With Silver Tetradrachm

I think it may be a silver Ptolemaic tetradrachm, but I could not find an exact match on-line. Any detailed information about its attribution, age, ruler, authenticity, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

My assumption is that the date (EΣ), in combination with other devices, from this mint, is rare - I am spotting some Antiochos VIII tets with similar reverses, but different SE dates, for a good deal cheaper.
