Bought this coin today at the Izmaylovo Vernisage. Paid 100 rubles (under $2), so it's a bargain either way (besides, I got a low-grade 1720s cross kopek from the same guy for 150 rubles, i.e. under $3).

At the time, I thought this was a pulo. There is apparently no pulo with this reverse; however, there is a denga (and several other types with the same, or at least essentially the same, reverse lettering - all dengas).
This coin, however, is clearly not any of them, as it is obviously copper (and in any case far too heavy).

15x12 mm, 1.52 grams (yes, this means it's a lot heavier than your typical denga; not sure how typical this is for a pulo).

The actual coin is darker than this; blame my amateur flash photography. I might try to take a darker photo later.

[EDIT: just for the record, the weird capitalization of the title is independent from me. Not sure where it comes from.]
