For this coin, taking pictures is hard (for some reason) so bare with me please! One additional thing, I'm not sure if identifying cameos falls under grading so sorry if I'm in the wrong forum. I know it's a type 1 from examination, but is it a CAM? I think it's a cameo based off of the frosty appearances of the devices. I hope it's not tough to see from the pictures, and I'll try to take better ones if needed. Any help is appreciated! Happy hunting!

PS the white spots showing up around and above the building and around Jefferson are just glares.

Proof is not a grade,it is a minting process. Looks like an impaired proof with a cameo.

Awesome thanks! Also, I only posted in the grading forum because I was unsure if a cameo was going to be somehow incorporated with a grade.

Definitely a cameo, though if impaired, as John suggests, I cannot tell.
