I was searching through a world coin bin the other day and I found this odd looking Indian 5 Rupee piece that appears to be off center, but only on on side. Is this anything special or is it just a common coin? I've never seen anything like it before. Thanks for the help!

With only one side being off, it is known as a MAD.
(Misaligned Die). It is not off enough to have any
significant premium. If the copy was running over the
edge, then there would be extra value.
