Both defects are flipover lamination flaws in my humble opinion.
Note the odd weak denticles at K7 and compare to the "double denticle" rim at K2. This indicates it is also mis-struck (out of collar or MAD) and the reverse variation in rim thickness would seem to confirm such a diagnosis.
Gradewise, VF25 details. The obverse is stronger than the reverse but the coin as a whole is not struck up very sharply due to the above errors as well as die wear.
