If one opines that the scratch on the cheek will not 'detail' this coin, what characteristics would any similar scratch qualify as one that would cause the TPG to 'detail' the coin?

EF details, has been cleaned at some point. Get it into acetone followed by Coin Care and see if it will darken up a bit.
