The inaugural meeting for the Hamilton, ONT coin club was tonight, 7 Jan. There were 22 charter members there and I hope that this will fill a void for the Golden Horseshoe area collectors that have been without a club for about 15 years. Here's hoping that a few more join in the fun.... the 30 mile area has a population of over 1 million, so it's got room to grow and there are very experienced people at the helm. The meetings will be the first Monday of every month at 7 PM at St. Michaels church at Fennel and Ottawa on top of the mountain in Hamilton.

Rats! Rats! Rats! I got so busy talking to my wife, I forgot about the meeting. There's no way I can get there now by 7:30, let alone 7. Sorry guys ...
