Comparing to samples on PCGS Photograde this nickel appears to me to be at least MS66? Differences in coloring of photos due to Photoshop "balance" edit selections.

Not so sure judging by light ticks in upper right reverse field, behind Jefferson's head and fine scratch (?) in front of forehead.

I would say more around MS63. Too many disturbances in the fields.
