Possibly - but when stuff gets that minor, mint state coins make better candidates to search and discover doubled dies. Until a crisp mint state version is shown, I remain unconvinced.

Bate here is some doubling for you to use to do comparison with. this 1970 penny is still in the mints plastic. it makes the images look out of focus hope this helps

There is a DDR (doubled bud) for 1970... it was published in the variety section of the 70th Edition Charlton Catalogue.

Bate your coin is doubled. I grabbed some of your images. I can see the doubling very well. if you want to know more send me your photos as large as you can. that way I can work with them. all I need is the reverse and obverse. its up to you. just remember the larger the better. hope this helps
