It has half a rim, really off struck and warped.
Can anyone tell me what error this is, please? Thanks
I'm working on better pictures.

Just Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Not an error.

It only appears off-center because of the rim being worn down as well as some of the motto. There are very rare occasions during which a coin could be "warped" at the Mint. I don't believe this is one of them. It happened later.

A tapered planchet wouldn't be warped and the rim shows damage so I'm going with PSD.

Due to the distance from the base of the bust to the rim, and the width of the rim I believe it was a MAD strike, but since it was struck it has received a great deal or wear and damage.
