yes the 9 has like a dot in the middle, the picture doesn't really show it should

That is a die chip. Common on the 50's. It is a mint error though. Happy hunting!

That's called a Die Chip. It was very common on the 1950's Lincoln Wheat Cents. There's no premium for this.
