I have several questions about this coin:
1. what % off-center would you estimate this to be?
2. Would this coin have any premium value because of the strike?
3. How can the obverse be off-center and the reverse centered?

This is not an off center. It is a misaligned die (MAD). The obverse die was not adjusted to be in line with the reverse die creating the off center of the obverse. A premium is attached to these when they are off center enough to go into the design elements. In this case your coin is off center at a point where there is just field so it is harder to tell. It looks close to being enough to have a premium but it would be small.

Hi,
As stated , this is a misaligned die strike. For it to have much value actual design elements have to be missing.

That being said, I don't see many Lincoln's that are this far off.

That still does not make it rare or very valuable. 25 cents to maybe a dollar tops, would be about right just as an example of a coin that makes it easy to explain what a misaligned die strike looks like on a coin.

Thanks,
Bill
