Some level of uncirculated prob 63 is my guess

I agree with Coin-Flipper: EF-40 to EF-45.

For being a 'rarity' in the circulated world, it has way too many 'pings' to rate it much higher. Being such a newer coin one would expect cleaner focal areas. Of course, it might actually look better in person (cameras sometimes make a coin look better and sometimes worse).

It was not rare, it was very common but was also the last year the .50 cent was in circulation.
