I's a steel cent .Produced by the mint for circulation only in 1943 to save on copper for the war effort . your photo looks like a reprocessed steel Cent (recoated to look new) no value .
please rotate your coins for proper alignment prior to submitting. it makes grading much easier. could be replated however the lighting is really washing out the fields. try taking photos in natural light
I'd say it's genuine and not replated. The rims seem to tell a story and the spotting pattern looks natural. Likely just an average example - maybe worth a dollar or so.
