I'm not quite sure about the leaf varieties. Are the Victorian leaves more pointy? I think that is what I have in the pics below. Would appreciate help.

Yes your coin has Victorian leaves.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Broad leaves are "broad"er, closer to the rim and have very pronounced veins.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
