Up until last year I saved all the scrap from my coin jewelry and sent it to mid west refineries for scrap value. Last year I bought a rolling mill and practiced casting bars/rods. I think I have now perfected wire production. It is probably not economical based on the quantity I make but Its no out of pocket expense just time.
