I am not an expert about coins and I would like to know more about this coin on my images.
Egypt 50 Piastres gold coins, King Faroq, 1937-1356, is that correct?
Can someone help me what is the value?
Iam not really sure about is it gold or not, how can I make sure?
The coin size is 20 mm.
I will got more egypt piastres gold coins with different year on, I will post them separately and I would like to get more info about those too.

All info greatly appreciated, thanks for any help!

I think most of these are pretty common and have a bit over 1/10 oz. of gold, so I'm guessing in a worn state like this, the value might be around $175+. Experts please step up!

to the CCF!

I only know that these are generally considered "bullion" coins, with some premium added over melt depending on their condition. There may well be dates, especially in the pre-Farouk era, that have additional numismatic value because of scarcity, I do not know.

Sorry, but again this is not a gold coin, but a silver 2 piastre coin. The denomination "2" in Arabic is at about 2:00 on the reverse photo.
It is this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces8864.html

These coins have all been faked to look like gold.
