I did some roll hunting and came across this lightly circulated 1982 nickel. It seems to have an orange peel effect happening on the reverse. I've seen that before, but this one has a glob of metal built up on the reverse as well, and it doesn't look like damage. Can someone please tell me what this is?
Thank you. Is it a keeper do you think? Not sure if this would be considered an error or not. I know 1982-P in good shape carry a small premium, so it seems.
