With those large rim dents and the dirt smeared into the low points, I wouldn't grade the Israeli one anywhere near AU. High VF at best.
Israeli coins are dated using Hebrew numerals and the Jewish calendar. It's usually easier for non-Hebrew-speakers to just match up the date-symbols with a [URL="http://isracoins.tripod.com/I04.htm]conversion chart[/url]. The date on this coin is the line of characters below the large "10" and it converts to AD 1991.
