I have 3:
1950-1964 proof Jefferson cameo
1950-1964 lincoln proofs(just need the 1950)
1941-D year set in pcgs MS66 (need the quarter and half)

Yeah, I was pretty happy with it. Have you noticed how the dirt collects within the feather tips on the obverse of these coins? I don't think this one's been cleaned, but it might have at one point.

I love the idea of collecting short sets. My interest in coin collecting comes mostly from my interest in history. These short coin sets are a great way to package periods of time and history. I think that my first short set will be a set of WWII coins. Maybe I will do a set of key date WWII coins.

Coinblogger, my interest in coins is closely tied to my interest in history, too. Whitman also makes 5-opening plastic strips for quarters and nickels, a natural for a 5-year short set (1941-45).

My earlier post mentions the Whitman year-set strips, which also can be used for a nice short set from a particular historical period.
