Just made a purchase for a uncut sheet 5x8 $10 1989 cad notes. BEH prefix for $675 Good Deal?

I ended up also getting a $5 uncut sheet 5x8 1986 Canadian notes for $575.

I have seen these go for high amounts and then some low amounts on feedback from this same post on another topic on this site. Hopping to get some insight on why some have low price tags and some have high.

I recently saw a $10 sheet sell for $1000 plus $200 premium on icollector.

Looking forward to hearing other opinions.

Were they framed nicely with glass or just the sheets? I think the higher dollar ones are completely ready to hang on the wall.
