I have a 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Wheel Athlete silver 1 Dollar coin in original packaging , The Certificate of Authenticity say's it's gold, but they didn't make these in gold, only silver. Does this make it worth more ?

Under "composition" it reads 90% gold instead of silver.
Seems like a typo. Don't know if they are all like this or if
the error was caught and they changed it.

You have good eyes JimmyD. It has to be a type o,it reads silver everywhere else. I don't see it adding value though.
