We see these all the time on the forum.
Just damage to the end coins when they
go through the Coin Wrapping Machine.
Vending machines can also cause this type of damage.

Circular Sorter damage. Those machine wrapped rolls sometimes the ender coins get damaged when the ends are being rolled under and tucked in. Many brand new rolls often have this sort of damage on their ender coins.
