with Tunnioc. It appears the scratch or cut started on the left. I see the deeper gouge possibly exposing zinc where it reaches Abe's shoulder under the Y (hinting that is started on the left and the cutting object ran head on into that sudden change in relief). Also, you will notice how the cut follows the contours of the the bust design, indicating something moving across the coin's surface more than an internal die error.
