Sorry this isn't specifically coin related, I am looking for an album to store my banknotes in and have read that PVC ones are not good for notes or coins. Does anyone know where I can get a good album for storing notes or what type to look for?

I suggest getting banknote sheets and putting them in a binder. This gives you more flexibility to move things around if need be. I'm not sure who a supplier is in the UK. Your LCS will probably carry them. Also, for ungraded notes that you may want to take out to show/examine from time-to-time, I suggest putting it in a plastic currency holder, which can then be put in the sheet. Both the holder and sheet should be PVC free, assuming from a reputable company.

No problem, we have a place for that and I have moved your question to the appropriate forum for the proper attention.

That's great thanks, I wasn't sure which section to post it in. Thanks for your help Cdncoins I'll have a look around, polypropylene seems a good shout but you only seem to be able to get them in individual slips. There is someone selling sheets on ebay that are apparently "chemically inert" but always a bit dubious about things on ebay.
