Please opine of the grade of this gold 1882R 20 Lire with the fact that the obverse has a much better cartwheel effect than the rev's almost non-existent cartwheel.

Looks like a "commercial unc" that never really circulated but was mishandled. I'll say AU-58.

I could only find one slabbed example in CoinArchives for reference. It too has some contact marks on the face, not as much as yours?
