This penny stuck out! I did some research but it doesn't seem to be worth much. Why?

Basically Micdrell, the reason it's not worth a premium, is because there were 1.7 BILLION of them minted.
That means everyone that wants one, probably has one.
Seeing a coin 51 years old, in great shape, yes could make one expect it to be worth a premium. But they just made too many of them.
