I agree with Frog, they are tough! nice coin...I may even go VF20, but probably Fine, on the fence

I don't think you would see a full LIBERTY on low to mid-VF examples. These have to be graded differently from other Seated coins. I was looking mainly at the reverse when I decided F-15.

yes it does, IGE..thats why I look at the reverse first,since LIBERTY is raised, and not incused as in other Seated coinage..full LIBERTY on a 20 center is usually a real nice one...Eagle breast wears quick too...hope OP got a VF out of this

30 seems a little optimistic, but grading scales have changed.

I've never been any good grading the obverse of this issue, but that reverse certainly doesn't look like a 30 to me.
