Sorry the pics aren't very good I'm having difficulties! The condition of this coin is not great but idk how to grade a coin so any info on that topic is very welcomed! Also if it doesn't at least grade EF-40 then how does one determine a value?

I don't know much about varieties on Quarters, but I am going to give a bump on your thread, since it got burried and left in the dust. As far as condition goes, you coin would probably grade at Very Good 8 (VG8) condition at best. I'll let the other members chime in to answer your other question.

There are websites out there on which you can find examples of the coin in different grades, you can figure it out!
+ I think there's a section of this forum dedicated to grading coins as well, they can probably help you if you have more coins.
